成都涂料行业协会于2019年3月正式成立，选举成都虹润制漆有限公司董事长杨汝良为协会第 一 届会长。本协会是由成都涂料行业各生产经营企业、涂料应用企业自愿组成的行业性、地方性、非营利性社会组织。协会接受成都市民政厅的监督管理，接受成都市经济与信息化局的业务指导。

截止2021年11月成都涂料行业协会目前已发展会员170余家，其会员涉及区域内涂料生产、涂料研究、油墨、颜料、助剂、树脂、产品包装、涂料装备设备制造及涂料行业各经销商等。

协会的主要服务工作有：引导企业认真执行国家政府发布的行业相关政策、法规、标准、规则;通过专题会、协会网站、公众号、会刊为企业提供多方面的指导和服务;逐步建立行业信息统计，为企业决策服务和行业健康发展提供有效数据;配合政府专业机构做好行业调研工作;搭建政府与企业之间的桥梁，为企业提供周到的服务。

Chengdu Paint Industry Association was formally established in March 2019, and Yang Ruliang, chairman of Chengdu Hongrun Paint Co., Ltd., was elected as the first president of the association. The Association is an industrial, local and non-profit social organization voluntarily composed of various production and operation enterprises and coating application enterprises in Chengdu coating industry. The association accepts the supervision and management of Chengdu Civil Affairs Department and the business guidance of Chengdu Economic and Information Bureau. By November 2021, Chengdu Paint Industry Association has developed more than 170 members, whose members are related to paint production, paint research, inks, pigments, additives, resins, product packaging, paint equipment manufacturing and dealers in the paint industry, etc. The main service work of the association includes: guiding enterprises to conscientiously implement the relevant policies, regulations, standards and rules of the industry issued by the national government; Provide various guidance and services for enterprises through seminars, association websites, WeChat official account and journals; Gradually establish industry information statistics to provide effective data for enterprise decision-making services and healthy development of the industry; Cooperate with government professional organizations to do a good job in industry research; Build a bridge between government and enterprises to provide thoughtful service for enterprises.
